Omar Alhammouri

Omar Alhammouri is an infrastructure and global partnerships executive with more than 15 years' experience supporting heavy civil, transportation, roadway, and water infrastructure programs for public and private sector clients. As Principal and Senior Executive for Global Partnerships at CITEX, he leads strategic initiatives that strengthen stakeholder engagement, foster international collaboration, and build long-term partnerships that support the company's continued growth and client success.

Throughout his career, he has worked closely with state, county, municipal, and federal agencies, developing trusted relationships and advancing complex infrastructure initiatives through strategic coordination and collaboration. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of South Alabama and serves as a United Nations Special Adviser on resilient infrastructure and water management, contributing to global initiatives focused on sustainability, resilience, and the development of future-ready infrastructure.
