Mustafa Hammodeh

Mustafa Hammodeh serves as Vice President of Operations for CITEX, where he oversees operational strategy, team leadership, and the successful execution of technical service programs supporting construction materials testing, quality assurance, and engineering initiatives. He brings extensive experience in engineering, project management, and multi-disciplinary team leadership across complex commercial, institutional, and infrastructure projects.

Throughout his career, Mustafa has supported diverse project delivery through Owner's Project Requirements (OPR) development, Basis of Design (BOD) alignment, design reviews, and code compliance evaluations to help ensure quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. His ability to integrate technical expertise with operational leadership allows him to effectively coordinate teams, strengthen processes, and drive successful outcomes across a variety of project environments.
