With more than 22 years of experience, he has led quality and engineering oversight for complex transportation and infrastructure projects, specializing in heavy highway construction management, materials testing, owner verification, and design build project delivery.
His experience includes Independent Quality Firm (IQF) testing and Owner Verification Testing and Inspection (OVTI) oversight on major TxDOT design build programs, as well as utility scale solar and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) developments with construction values exceeding $1 billion.
