Haily Weber manages daily laboratory operations for CITEX CMT, supporting the execution of accurate, efficient, and compliant testing programs. Her responsibilities include overseeing sample tracking processes, equipment calibration and maintenance schedules, and proficiency sample programs to ensure laboratory operations consistently meet quality and performance standards.
As a key contributor to CITEX CMT's AASHTO R18 and ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation programs, she plays an integral role in maintaining laboratory documentation, quality procedures, and compliance requirements established by accrediting organizations. In addition, she leads ACI certification in preparation and training efforts for all field technicians.
